How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle. You can self-serve a refund at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout. If you have any trouble, email us at hello@cleanxliff.com and we'll help.
Subscription renewals
If a subscription auto-renews and you didn't intend to renew, we will not refund it. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the billing portal in your account.
Already used credits
Already-used Pay-as-you-go credits cannot be refunded individually, but unused credits are always refundable within the 30-day window.
